- Special discounts will be applied for regular and long-term use, so please ask us at a initial meeting.
- If you are referred by a customer who uses Karin and you are using Karin for the first time, the referral discount will be applied to both "customer who introduced you" and "customer who were introduced".
- During high season, 10% surcharge will be charged and all various discount services will not be applied.
Pet Sitting for Dog
Standard (60 min)（300 yen discount for use twice a day）
Doggy will be satisfied can enjoy indoor play, skinship, and walks with this course.

This course is recommended for dogs who do not need a walk or who are peeing outside, or who wish to have a little play.

Dog Walk
This is a service where you can take a doggy with a lead attached from the owner at the entrance and take a walk on your behalf. We ask owners to wipe their feet and dispose of their waste.
(Please ask us if it is difficult for you to wipe your dog's feet for some reason.)
Standard (30 min)（200 yen discount for use twice a day）
A leisurely walk along a usual course♪
We will take your dog on a fun walk that is appropriate for the breed and age of dog while incorporating play and exercise. A large dog will be walked one at a time to ensure the safety of both the dog and the sitter. In case of stormy weather such as strong winds, heavy rain or heavy snow, the sitter may shorten the walk time for safety reasons.

This service is a short course for dogs that only defecate outside. It is only available within 10 km of our office.

Patrol Service
We will change the position and adjust room temperature of puppies, kittens, small animals, sick or bedridden pets... We will come to your home to check on your pet on your behalf.
This is a service to check the state of pets, not to look after him/her.

This service provides comprehensive support for pets and their owners who need special care and attention in their daily lives, such as seniors, those fighting illness, and handicapped pets.

Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged.
- Cancellations must be received by 18:00.
- Refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account you designated, and the fee will be refunded minus handling charges.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations made after the start of the service (please ask us in the case of hospitalization, etc.)
- Registration fee is not refundable.
- During high season (Golden Week, Obon, Silver Week, Year-end and New Year's), reservations are very busy, so as a general rule, cancellations may not be accepted. If you have any changes in your schedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fee will be charged from 20 days prior to the day of service.
